It’s a scary thought? I never really got into the whole friends reunited thing, did Plaxo and LinkedIN but got pretty bored FAST! But there’s just something so addictive about this beast that Mark Zuckerberg has created.
Maybe it is in its simplicity or the fact that he has enabled so many people / companies access to integrate with the app. There are just so man features to make your little home on facebook all about you, what you like and do.
It's an amazing thought that Microsoft are willing to pay $500m for a 5% slice of the action. Boys, I think we’re missing out on something here?
But to all those people in Scotland, England, Ireland, Canada and the rest of the world that I have reconnected with I thank Mark, and also thank him for what’s coming up in the future!

Okay so this is slightly off topic, brand even - ha ha! But something close to my heart so felt a thread was in order. Firstly, as a big rugby fan from the Emerald Isle i have to admit that the hype and build up to this years big comp has been pretty poor. And the performance of the home nations has not heralded much else to shout about. England have been stuck in first. Scotland could do better without Frank, sorry Frank but its true, make up your mind! Wales, where are Wales? And Ireland, the proud men from the four provinces have missed the call! I think the attached image sums it up, well there is always 2011.
At least we got to design a cool DM price for the 'Wild Geese', no its not a bunch of crazed guiness drinkers but a group of people who uphold and celebrate the union between Ireland and France - check them out on google. They all met last Friday 21st Sept for the big game. A meeting of minds at the Frasers Hospitality property, Le Clardige on the Champs-Elysees. Wonder what they drunk?

Welcome to our brand new home! New work. Fresh blogs. Team profiles. Interactive portfolio and a really cool showreel. And of course much much more. The site has been completely redesigned to represent the depth and geographical spread of the oceanseventy brand. Plus we really didn’t like the old site and it was time to let the old girl rest.
More importantly the site launch marks the evolution of our brand, check out our new identity. Simple, clean, understated but works damn hard and gets noticed – just like us!
Every section of the site is dynamically controlled through a custom content management system. It even hooks up with lots of other magical toys and gizmos thanks to Jim, he juts loves building things. We even integrated the popular web service Flickr so you can see some of our favourite shots, where we been and things we like. As we live above a state of the art recording studio we hooked up Last.fm so you can see what we’re listening to – it’s an ecclectic mix! With so much dynamic content, check back for updates and sign up for up to date new, views and reviews – be a guest editor and have your say.
