ocean70 has the privilege to be asked by Fraser Serviced Residences to assist with the launch of their second Parisian Property. Located in the heart of the French captial, Le Claridge is located on the world famous Champs-Elysees.
First opened in the 1920s the property was propelled onto the international stage in the 1930s when it became the home to the rich and famous, from Ella Fitsgerald to Ray Charles to Edith Piaf.
The agency initially worked on the brand development for the property, latterly completing a Paris wide press campaign and will now begin work on the 1930s themed direct mail piece.
