ocean70 has been commissioned to develop the Global Rewards brochure of Singaporean based Serviced Residence organisation Ascott International. The Ascott Group is a leading international serviced residence company with serviced residence units spanning the key cities of Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The expanding group awarded the flagship project to ocean70 after a competitive pitch held in Manchester. ocean70 won the pitch based on the developed creative platform and our insight into brand concept, the personality and ethos of the scheme and the organisation.

The brochure will cross the boundaries of the groups two main brands:

1. The Ascott: an upscale and luxurious serviced residence brand which appeals to distinguished successful expatriates and business travellers. The Ascott attracts its clients through a mix of the exclusive lifestyle and discreet personal attention that each residence offers its guests.

2. Somerset Serviced Residences: offering a seamless blend of contemporary comfort and convenience alongside business facilities and modern amenities. Its warm and friendly services appeal to business executives and cosmopolitan families who enjoy good living amidst indigenous cultures in major cities.
