All I want for Christmas...

We're currently doing some Christmas work in the office and it's got me thinking about the fact that I always wanted a speak and spell and never got one. Surely every kid deserves a present that can spell out CAT in a quality Stephen Hawking voice. The gift that keeps on giving!

I always wanted a trainset.

One of those big huge ones with loads of stations and track, and fake towns and fake people.

I always wanted a scalextrics. Did I ever get one? NO! Every year the Argos catalogue was well thumbed and placed strategically next to my mum or dad. :( Hmmphhh!!!

The best Christmas present ever was a Silver Chopper bike that I took straight out on a cold and frosty Christmas morning, hit a patch of ice and found out that the gear stick attached to the frame of the bike was a serious danger to future fatherhood. Cue tears in the eyes.
